OnlyLowCals is a high-protein, low-calorie, pure-vegetarian catering brand built for a generation that refuses to choose between feeling good and eating well.

Where it all began
The beginning

It started with a plate we couldn't eat

A few years ago, our founders were the people at every party quietly piling salad on their plates while everyone else enjoyed the spread. Healthy meant bland. Tasty meant guilt. There was no in-between.

As fitness enthusiasts who also love food, we knew Indian cuisine had everything we needed — moong dal, paneer, sprouts, millets — buried under oil and refined carbs. So we started cooking differently.

Friends asked us to cater their events. Then their offices did. Then their weddings. Today, OnlyLowCals caters healthy events across the city — and not once have we served something boring.

Plant-forward food is better for people and the planet. We prove veg can be the most exciting thing on the table, not the afterthought.
